Resumen
El presente proyecto nace de la necesidad de estimular buenos hábitos de
lectura trae consigo la formación de personas con un amplio vocabulario,
creadoras, innovadoras, con capacidad de crítica y capaces de resolver
problemas de su realidad. Por lo tanto incentivar a los escolares a leer es
de gran ayuda en su proceso educativo. La presente investigación tiene
como principal objetivo, conocer los hábitos lectores manifestados por los
estudiantes del 5to.año de educación general básica de la Unidad
Educativa “Alfredo Veintimilla”, que despierte en ellos la motivación por la
lectura, antes que comiencen su proceso de enseñanza. En este estudio,
además de dejar evidencias sobre la actitud referente a la lectura
manifestada por este nivel educativo, recopila la teoría necesaria que
explica la formación de hábitos y su importancia, en el proceso educativo
del niño.
This project is born from the need to stimulate good reading habits, it entails the formation of people with a wide vocabulary, creators, innovators, with critical capacity and capable of solving problems of their reality. Therefore encouraging students to read is a great help in their educational process. The main objective of this research is to know the reading habits manifested by the 5th grade students of the "Alfredo Veintimilla" Educational Unit. The choice of this level has been made considering that the student is at an age, enough to express or manifest a certain attitude to reading and on the other hand, there is still time to do something that awakens in them the motivation for reading, before they begin their middle school process. In this study, in addition to leaving evidence about the attitude regarding reading manifested by this educational level, compiles the necessary theory that explains the formation of habits and their importance in the educational process of the child.
