Procedimiento de mejora continua en tratamientos de infecciones respiratorias altas para el cumplimiento de la estrategia AIEPI

Resumen
Resumen: En países de economías emergentes donde impera la desnutrición y las malas
condiciones sanitarias, los gobiernos y sus unidades administrativas de salud requieren de
políticas para el aseguramiento de un servicio digno, en cumplimiento del derecho a una vida
digna, que asegure la salud, alimentación y nutrición... la estrategia AIEPI constituye un
mecanismo para dicho fin. Por esta razón el presente estudio desarrolla un portafolio
herramental metodológico para el aseguramiento de ella. A diferencia de otras
investigaciones, este trabajo construye sus aristas utilizando un enfoque deductivo desde
teorías generales, sustantivas y evidencia empírica, respetando criterios de: exclusión mutua,
homogeneidad, pertinencia, objetividad, fidelidad y productividad; contrastado
inductivamente desde la experimentación, basado en las experiencias de Malhotra (2008).
Con este fin, además de desarrollar un procedimiento de corrección de errores en la
prescripción, se validan los criterios mediante un experimento verdadero del tipo (pretest –
postest) para asegurar la valides y fiabilidad instrumental de la propuesta. Los resultados
muestran concordancia y expresan que el procedimiento si genero cambios en las unidades de
observación del grupo experimental, En efecto el cálculo de diferencias entre el grupo de
control y el grupo experimental en triangulación con los estadísticos descriptivos y el análisis
de varianza, demuestran que el tratamiento aplicado si genero incremento el cumplimiento de
la norma para prescripción de antibióticos en el distrito estudiado.
Summary: In countries of emerging economies where malnutrition and poor sanitary conditions prevail, governments and their administrative health units require policies to ensure a decent service, in compliance with the right to a decent life, to ensure health, Food and nutrition ... the IMCI strategy is a mechanism for this purpose. For this reason the present study develops a methodological tool portfolio for the assurance of it. Unlike other investigations, this work constructs its edges using a deductive approach from general, substantive theories and empirical evidence, respecting criteria of: mutual exclusion, homogeneity, pertinence, objectivity, fidelity and productivity; Contrasted inductively since the experimentation, based on the experiences of Malhotra (2008). To this end, in addition to developing a procedure for correcting errors in the prescription, the criteria are validated through a true experiment of the type (pretest - postest) to ensure the validity and instrumental reliability of the proposal. The results show agreement and express that the procedure did generate changes in the observation units of the experimental group. In fact, the calculation of differences between the control group and the experimental group in triangulation with the descriptive statistics and the analysis of variance show that The treatment applied if it increased compliance with the standard for antibiotic prescription in the studied district.
