Resumen
La presente investigación argumenta el impacto económico a la comunidad y proyección de un estudio de mercado como aspecto de factibilidad económica del barrio Garay, lo cual determina la visualización de las falencias en los ámbitos económicos, humanos y financieros que surgen en el sector y parte de este proyecto su principal función es diseñar publicaciones en revistas de alto impacto, la cual será visualizada en la revista de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Tomando en consideración este anuncio de la publicación, se ha determinado que la mayoría de las personas que viven en el sector del barrio Garay, pretenden tener su independencia económica a través de un negocio, dejando a sus familias el legado de emprender y seguir con el mismo. Los estudios ante la realidad indican que los emprendedores forman parte del grupo de las pequeñas empresas que ocupan una gran parte del mercado ecuatoriano, encontrando un índice de rentabilidad que supera sus costo-beneficio, en comparación a la segmentación de las empresa grandes, convirtiéndose en un factor potencial para el sector empresarial y financiero del país. Finalmente este proyecto cumplirá con los requisitos e implementaciones para poner en marcha las dos publicaciones que será expuestas a través de la Revista Universidad de Guayaquil induciendo al desarrollo y mejoramiento en el sector productivo, de comercio y empresarial del sector barrio Garay que como resultado dará un impacto en la calidad de vida de los moradores, permitiéndoles oportunidades de crecimiento y conocimiento empresarial y profesional.
The present investigation argues the economic impact to the community and projection of a market study as aspect of economic feasibility of the neighborhood Garay, which determines the visualization of the failures in the economic, human and financial areas that arise in the sector and part of This project its main function is to design publications in high impact journals, which will be visualized in the journal of the University of Guayaquil taking into account this announcement of the publication, it has been determined that the majority of the people who live in the sector of the Garay neighborhood, pretend to have their economic independence through a business, leaving to their families the legacy of undertaking and continuing with the same. Real-world studies indicate that entrepreneurs are part of the group of small companies that occupy a large part of the Ecuadorian market, finding an index of profitability that exceeds their cost-benefit, compared to the segmentation of large companies, becoming A potential factor for the country's business and financial sector. At present, several studies have been carried out in different magazines of the country, around the university area, taking into account the residents of the sector of the Garay neighborhood, this will serve to clarify a vision of the analysis of the investment and the return of capital in its Management of the organization of its financial, human and economic resources with which it allows them to generate changes in its old management, with current methods and tactics applied to the economic problems of today. Finally, this project will comply with the requirements and implementations to launch the two publications that will be exposed through the University of Guayaquil Magazine inducing the development and improvement in the productive, commercial and business sector of the neighborhood Garay that as a result will give a Impact on the quality of life of the residents, allowing them opportunities for growth and business and professional knowledge.
