For the data collection, the Clinical History was applied, from which information was obtained on the most frequent risk factors that occur in child malnutrition. With the results obtained through the statistical tabulation of the information, it was identified that the most vulnerable group to present cases of malnutrition is the female gender, from 0 to 2 years of age, with grade 2 malnutrition and usually the presented effects Are digestive. Therefore it is proposed to design an educational program aimed at mothers to improve nutrition and therefore the nutritional status of children who contribute to improve their quality of life
