Resumen
Este es un estudio orientado al levantamiento de un negocio referente a una empresa, describir los pasos conciertes para lograr el objetivo fundamental de la empresa en la comercializar del dispositivo para abrir puerta por medio del celular en el mercado nacional con la última tecnología y lo más importante es mantener el servicio en diferente parte de la ciudad ya que en los actuales momento no existen el producto en nuestro país. Se han utilizado métodos y técnicas tanto para la elaboración de manuales de procedimiento como para los análisis estadísticos, esta herramienta muy importante la investigación del mercado. Así como también la utilización de conocimiento sobre seguridad en sistema de información y ayudas de normas internacionales con respecto a la seguridad. En el aspecto económico y financiero se aplican los métodos estándares en el campo financiero contable. Como producto de estos análisis observa cómo se inicia una empresa y los factores que se debe considerar previamente para que fluya el planteamiento, cuyo resultado final es un documentó que muestra la trayectoria desde la constitución de la empresa hasta las proyecciones de resultados con respecto a la inversión, donde se toma las decisión de proseguir con la planificación del negocio.
LLAVE MAGICA S.A. Requiere de una inversión inicial de $20.000,00dolares, para los activos tangibles e intangibles necesarios para la puesta en marcha del negocio, la proyección del negocio de venta se basa en la comercialización de 339 dispositivo, él primer año incrementando el 2.94%, a partir del segundo años el 10%. Tercer año 16%, cuarto año y el quinto año del 9%.La inversión inicial que necesitamos para crear y arrancar con el negocio será de $20.000,00 obteniendo en el primer año de ventas $101.506,39 dólares, segundo años $111.657,03 dólares, tercer año $129.522,16 dólares, cuarto año de $ 141.179,15, el quinto año de $ 153.885,27 dólares. Para recuperar la inversión se necesita dos años y nueve meses, la creación de la empresa será con capital de cuatro socios. La empresa en construcción tiene como finalidad mantenerse con tecnología de punta ya que en sus manos esta información delicada. Los valores filosóficos estarán presentes en cada instancia y niveles de la empresa.
Estamos seguros con los indicadores económicos que hemos realizado, consideramos que la incorporación de la empresa en el mundo de los negocios es factible. El TIR es del 55%.
