Resumen
TRANSITO SMS S.A. se encargara de enviar mensajes de la vías congestionadas, a precios competitivos en el mercado, consiguiendo de esta manera que todos los usuarios de la telefonía móvil puedan acceder a este nuevo servicio de las diferentes vías congestionadas. Nuestros servicios son los siguientes: Envió de mensajes de textos con las vías congestionadas. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se realizo un análisis de la empresa donde se encontrara la información general de la misma misión, visión, valores, Un análisis general del mercado, donde se establecen las estrategias de mercadeo a utilizar antes de posicionar nuestro producto en el mercado, la matriz FODA, quienes serian nuestros potenciales clientes, estudio que se realizo bajo el sistema de encuestas y obtuvimos que entre nuestros clientes estarían todos los usuarios de las vías de transito de la Ciudad de Guayaquil. Se realizo un análisis técnico donde describimos la tecnología con la vamos a monitorear las vías congestionadas mediante u sistema de cámaras IP, así también la adquisición de herramientas a utilizar, un análisis administrativo donde se define la estructura organizacional de la empresa, los diferentes cargos, entidades de control de calidad, y la capacitación del personal de la empresa, análisis legal y social donde se detalla los aspectos legales de la empresa, El análisis económico y financiero donde se definen los costos de operación que generará el proyecto; se definen los beneficios económicos, el monto de inversión, los planes de financiamiento y se hace un análisis costo-beneficio para conocer la rentabilidad del negocio a través de una proyección de estado de pérdidas y ganancias, la evaluación del proyecto en sus 3 escenarios optimista, pesimista y proyectado, Análisis de riesgo donde se definen los riesgos de nuestra empresa. En base al análisis realizado para la constitución y funcionamiento de la empresa se necesita constar con una capital de USD 42.000,00 los cuales serán aportados por los socios representando un 60% será por parte del socio Emprendedor y el 40% por tres socios Capitalistas, aportando cada socio $2.000 y buscamos un financiamiento bancario de $32.000. Los resultados financieros indican que el proyecto es rentable debido que la rentabilidad del proyecto en un análisis de 5 años es de 49% con un periodo de recuperación de la inversión del aporte de los socios es de 3 años y 2 meses, y el valor presente neto es de $37.539,74
