dc.description.abstractLa adolescencia según la OMS, se considera desde los 10 hasta los 19 años, es un periodo de transición de la niñez a la edad adulta. La maternidad temprana marca el inicio de responsabilidad difícil de afrontar por estas jóvenes madres, que cuentan con pocos recursos y limitadas oportunidades laborales. Según datos oficiales del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Estadísticas y Censos, el 17% de mujeres de entre 15 a 17 años son madres adolescentes y 2 de cada 10 partos en el país registran entre 12 - 19 años de edad, aunque existen programas orientados a los métodos anticonceptivos, la multiparidad en las adolescentes es frecuente. El tema de estudio es incidencia de riesgos obstétricos y sociales en adolescentes multíparas registradas en el Hospital Materno Infantil ―Dra. Matilde Hidalgo De Procel‖ en el área de adolescentes (CAPFUS) desde mayo del 2014 hasta febrero 2015 es un estudio descriptivo, y retrospectivo, la muestra estuvo conformada por 70 pacientes adolescentes con más de un parto. El resultado fue: que el riesgo obstétrico en las adolescentes multíparas estaría asociado con la edad materna entre los 16 – 17 años en 53%, el 49% corresponde a los riesgos sociales siendo en 31% de las adolescentes que formaron parte de un hogar donde una de sus integrantes fueron madre en la adolescencia. Dentro de las complicaciones en el embarazo en segundo lugar el 17% registran abortos, se evidencia un 60% de complicaciones que se presentaron durante el parto y puerperio, referente al recién nacido el 29% presentaron complicaciones siendo sufrimiento fetal agudo el de mayor porcentaje y finalmente se reporta que el desconocimiento de los métodos anticonceptivos y la no planificación familiar son causas de los embarazos en adolescentes. The subject of study is incidence of obstetric and social risks in multiparous adolescents registered at Children "Dr. Maternity Hospital. Matilde Noble of Procel "in the area of adolescents (CAPFUS) from May 2014 to February 2015 is a descriptive, retrospective, the sample consisted of 70 adolescent patients with more than one birth. The result: the obstetric risk in multiparous adolescents would be associated with maternal age between 16-17 years in 53%, 49% are social risks being 31% of the adolescents who took part in a home where one of its members were teenage mother. Among the complications in pregnancy Second abortions recorded 17%, 60% presented complications during delivery and postpartum, newborn concerning the evidence 29% had complications being acute fetal distress and the highest percentage finally it reports that the lack of contraceptives and family planning are not causes of teenage pregnancies.
