Estudio y diseño de plaza comercial municipal para comerciantes informales del cantón Vinces 2020.

Abstract

El presente estudio parte de encontrar una problemática generada por los comerciantes informales del cantón Vinces quienes hacen uso indebido de las vías públicas para realizar sus ventas, tras realizar una minuciosa investigación se encontró que el cantón no cuenta con un equipamiento para la venta de productos de primera necesidad. Es por esto que se propone el “ESTUDIO Y DISEÑO DE PLAZA COMERCIAL MUNICIPAL PARA COMERCIANTES INFORMALES DEL CANTÓN VINCES” permitiendo a los comerciantes informales contar con una infraestructura exclusivamente para ellos que se acople a sus necesidades y también permitiendo mejorar la imagen urbana del cantón al recuperar las vías afectadas por el desorden y caos que provoca la venta informal.

This studio has the purpose to find and solve the problem that is generated by the informal sellers of the Vinces City, who use the public roads in a bad way in order to sell their products. After realizing some investigations about this problem, there was found that the City doesn’t have first necessity products and the equipment that they should have to sell them. For that reason, it is purposed the “STUDIO AND DESIGN OF THE MUNICIPAL MALL FOR INFORMAL SELLERS OF VINCES’ CITY" allowing informal sellers to count with a special infrastructure for them, so it could help them with their necessities. It could also improve in a very special way the urban image of the City that was blanked by the chaos and the disorder caused by the informal sellers because they don’t have a place to sell their products in a safety and correct way.
