Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta
Rendón de la ciudad de Guayaquil, debido a la problemática referente a los
insuficientes conocimientos referentes a la función logística que no permite a
los estudiantes desarrollar competencias profesionales que son importantes
para su desenvolvimiento en los ámbitos sociales, académicos y laborales.
Para abordar el estudio se procedió con la revisión literaria para generar
nuevos conocimientos a partir del análisis de las variables de investigación
para establecer los fundamentos teóricos, conceptuales, epistemológicos,
pedagógicos y legales. Asimismo se planteó una metodología de estudio
cuantitativo y cualitativo donde se desarrollaron encuestas a un total de 38
estudiantes y 6 docentes, como también una entrevista al rector para tener su
apreciación referente a las innovaciones educativas dirigidas al mejoramiento
de la calidad de la educación en bachillerato. En base a los resultados se
diseñó el manual de procesos marítimos como propuesta que proporcione un
nuevo elemento para el mejoramiento de la calidad educativa
This research was carried out in the Francisco Huerta Rendón Educational Unit of the city of Guayaquil, due to the problem regarding insufficient knowledge regarding the logistics function that does not allow students to develop professional skills that are important for their development in the fields social, academic and labor. To address the study, we proceeded with the literary review to generate new knowledge from the analysis of the research variables to establish the theoretical, conceptual, epistemological, pedagogical and legal foundations. Likewise, a quantitative and qualitative study methodology was proposed where surveys were conducted with a total of 38 students and 6 teachers, as well as an interview with the rector to have his assessment regarding educational innovations aimed at improving the quality of high school education . Based on the results, the maritime processes manual was designed as a proposal that provides a new element for the improvement of educational quality.
