Resumen
Esta investigación abordo el tema de estrategias de enseñanza en plataformas elearning y/o Blended Learning para la formación docente debido a que no se
satisfacen las expectativas requeridas por los alumnos durante el proceso de
aprendizaje, los cuales manifiestan disconformidad por el proceso de enseñanza
y a su vez se evidencia debilidades por parte de los educadores. El objetivo
principal de esta investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre las
estrategias de enseñanza en plataformas e-learning y/o Blended Learning y la
formación de los docentes. Se planteo una metodología enfocada en el proceso
“PMBOK” apoyada en la investigación cualitativa, con una amplia revisión
bibliográfica. El presente trabajo anexa una guía didáctica con estrategias y
recursos digitales, para la cual se plantea un programa de formación docente el
cual permita la socialización de esta a los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias
Matemáticas y Físicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil. De acuerdo con el análisis
realizado, se concluye que pese a que los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias
Matemáticas y Físicas tienen conocimiento sobre la importancia de la pedagogía
en la labor docente y presentan predisposición por capacitarse, la experiencia y
satisfacción de los estudiantes no es excelente por lo cual es necesario impulsar
un mayor uso de estrategias de enseñanza y recursos didácticos.
This research addressed the topic of teaching strategies in e-learning and / or Blended Learning platforms for teacher training due to the fact that the expectations required by the students are not met during the learning process, which manifest disagreement with the teaching process and in turn weaknesses are evident on the part of educators. The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between teaching strategies on e-learning and / or Blended Learning platforms and teacher training. A methodology focused on the "PMBOK" process was proposed, supported by qualitative research, with an extensive bibliographic review. This work annexes a didactic guide with strategies and digital resources, for which a teacher training program is proposed which allows the socialization of this to teachers of the faculty of mathematical and physical sciences of the University of Guayaquil. According to the analysis carried out, it is concluded that despite the fact that the teachers of the faculty of mathematical and physical sciences have knowledge about the importance of pedagogy in teaching work and have a predisposition to be trained, the experience and satisfaction of the students is not excellent for which it is necessary to promote greater use of teaching strategies and didactic resources.
