Prototipo de Aplicativo Web aplicando algoritmo IA en la gestión del control de inventario para la Empresa GISS SPA.

Abstract

El presente trabajo fue realizado en la empresa GISS SPA la cual se dedica al cuidado personal y comercialización de productos de belleza. En el estudio realizado en la empresa se pudo identificar que presenta inconvenientes en la gestión de control del inventario, debido a que no cuenta con un sistema que le ayude a controlar la información que en este se genera, como lo es el stock de los productos en bodega, la información del ingreso y salida de mercadería es incierta ya que manejan esta información de forma manual en archivos de office como Excel, sin embargo la empresa se ha mantenido por la calidad de los productos que comercializa y el servicio que presta. Existen inconvenientes al momento de querer generar reportes sobre los estados de la mercadería ya que para realizar el inventario, la persona encargada tiene que acercarse a bodega y realizar el conteo respectivo de la mercadería generando pérdida de tiempo y llegando a cometer errores al momento de despachar los productos, por no tener información actualizada de los productos con los cuenta la empresa en bodega, esto es como consecuencia del desconocimiento de programas informáticos que puedan llevar el control de la información de forma segura y ordenada. Finamente como una manera de buscar solución a las falencias encontradas, se plantea en el presente proyecto de tesis la propuesta de realizar un prototipo web con IA que permita gestionar la información del control del inventario esto beneficiara a la empresa de manera positiva ya que podrá contar con un sistema que además de ayudar a controlar la información tendrá sugerencias de parte del aplicativo para la adquisición de nuevos productos así permitirá reducir tiempo y ayudar a tomar mejores decisiones al momento de realizar compras para mantener un stock adecuado.

The present work was carried out in the company GISS SPA which is dedicated to personal care and marketing of beauty products. In the study carried out in the company it was possible to identify that it presents inconveniences in the management of control of the inventory, because it does not have a system that helps to control the information that in this one is generated, as it is it the stock of the products in warehouse, the information of the entrance and exit of merchandise is uncertain since they handle this information of manual form in files of office as Excel, nevertheless the company has stayed by the quality of the products that commercializes and the service that lends. There are disadvantages at the time of wanting to generate reports on the status of the goods because to make the inventory, the person in charge has to go to the warehouse and make the respective count of the goods generating loss of time and even committing errors at the time of dispatching the products, for not having updated information on the products with the company in the warehouse, this is a result of ignorance of software that can take control of information in a safe and orderly. Finally, as a way to find a solution to the shortcomings found, this thesis project proposes the creation of a web prototype with AI that allows the management of inventory control information. This will benefit the company in a positive way, since it will have a system that, in addition to helping control the information, will have suggestions from the application for the acquisition of new products, thus reducing time and helping to make better decisions when making purchases to maintain adequate stock.
