Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización fue desarrollado en la Cooperativa El Cóndor ubicado en Mapasingue este de la ciudad de Guayaquil, participaron tres familias quienes tienen entre sus miembros a personas con discapacidad. El enfoque central se encuentra planteado en el eje: ¿Cuáles son los factores sociales que influyen en el contexto familiar de las personas con discapacidad? Con la finalidad de entender las dificultades que se presentan en el afrontamiento de la discapacidad junto con sus cuidadores a cargo. La metodología utilizada es de tipo cualitativa, con la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, los instrumentos a usarse fueron el FODA, el grupo focal y un taller familiar. En la experiencia vivida con estas familias, se pudo rescatar la unión y la vivencia de valores que surgen en el núcleo parental y son difundidos hacia el subsistema fraternal. Como conclusión las familias fueron activas en su participación donde juntos se obtuvo experiencias nuevas
The present work of systematization was developed in the Cooperative El Condor located in Mapasingue east of the city of Guayaquil; three families participated who have among their members people with disabilities. The central focus is on the following question: What are the social factors that influence the family context of people with disabilities? In order to understand the difficulties that arises in coping with disabilities together with their caregivers. The methodology used is of qualitative type, with the modality of systematization of experiences, the instruments to be used were the SWOT, the focal group and a family workshop. In the experience lived with these families, it was possible to rescue the union and the experience of values that arise in the parental nucleus and are spread towards the fraternal subsystem. As a conclusion, the families were active in their participation where together new experiences were obtained
