Resumen
Establecer la viabilidad económica de incorporar una empresa dedicada a la fabricación
de frutas en almíbar. La puesta en marcha de este proyecto dará grandes oportunidades de
inversión aprovechando los capitales nacionales, permitiendo la circulación de divisas en la
región con esto se gana en trabajo desarrollo industrial y tecnología, por que la búsqueda de
empleo en nuestra sociedad pasa a ser algo frustrante e impide al ser humano a encontrar
nuevos rumbos. Además, son las empresas procesadoras y exportadoras las que han
realizado trabajos intensivos en adaptación y selección de variedades y sistemas de manejo,
traspasando posteriormente la tecnología a los productores a través de sus departamentos
técnicos. La metodología se plasma en base a una encuesta de opinión con el cálculo de la
muestra en la ciudad de Guayaquil con 1´985.379 habitantes. Se toma como referencia a
1.086 individuos por sectores para establecer el tamaño del mercado y el tamaño óptimo de
la planta. Sin embargo los diagramas de proceso, análisis de las operaciones y recorrido de
materiales, plan de producción y balance de líneas determinan el personal y los espacios
requeridos que junto a planes de acción con su respectivo diagrama de Gantt se visualiza
todas las actividades previas a la instalación de la compañía. Para el funcionamiento de
esta empresa se requiere una inversión total de $ 495.213,76, de donde la inversión fija es
de $ 429.995,87 de los cuales $ 264.995,87 es capital propio y $ 165.000 son prestados a la
Corporación Financiera Nacional, el capital de operación en los primeros tres meses es de $
65.217,89 estos valores están en el capital propio. Las utilidades estudiadas según el flujo
de caja son de $ 126.398,89 anuales. La tasa interna de retorno sobre el flujo de caja es de
un 38 %, el capital propio lo proporciona una sociedad anónima constituida por algunos
integrantes con acciones de 1000. Todo lo analizado anteriormente se deduce que el
proyecto es factible en el aspecto social, económico y de importancia para la ciudad de
Guayaquil.
