SISTEMATIZAR EL PROCESO DE ESTIMULACION TEMPRANA EN NIÑOS DE 2 A 3 AÑOS DEL CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INFANTIL ESTEBAN CORDERO

Resumen
El presente trabajo se realizó bajo la metodología de sistematización de Oscar Jara, con un enfoque metodológico-cualitativo. Esta sistematización surgió a partir de la experiencia vivida, por medio de las prácticas pre profesionales, a través del proyecto “Construyendo una cultura de diversidad”, realizado en el Centro Desarrollo Infantil Esteban Cordero en el sector Mapasingue Este en la ciudad de Guayaquil. El proceso de sistematización se basó en la pregunta eje ¿Cómo contribuye el proceso de estimulación temprana al desarrollo de niños de 2 a 3 años que asisten al Centro de Desarrollo Infantil Esteban Cordero? cuyo objetivo fue conocer el proceso de estimulación temprana en niños de 2 a 3 años que asisten al centro de desarrollo infantil, se utilizaron fuentes de información tales como la encuesta, entrevista, talleres de capacitación y Focus Group. Dado el resultado de los instrumentos utilizados y posterior a la realización de la reflexión crítica, se obtuvo como resultado que la estimulación temprana propició un apto desarrollo positivo en el crecimiento de los niños, potencia sus áreas motrices, sociales cognitivas y emocionales, desarrollando, además, al máximo sus capacidades y habilidades
The following work has been developed using the systems methodology proposed by Oscar Jara. The paper focuses on quality and method aspects. This systematization came from lived experiences linked to the practical work done before obtaining the license degree. Through the project " Building up cultural diversity" that carried out in the Esteban Cordero Children Development Center. located at Mapasingue, east of Guayaquil. This process was based on the following inquiry: How does Early Stimulus Programs for children from the Esteban Cordero Center contribute to children around 2-3 years of age? The objective of the following process was to get to know how the program works for the children that are 2-3 years old that attend to this center. For the research, we used different sources to get the information such as surveys, interviews, workshops, and the Focus Group methodology. Due to the results obtained during and after the observations, as well as the reflections, we concluded that early stimulation has a positive impact and makes them ready to enhance their motor skills, social skills, cognitive and emotional skills, this made them show high aptitudes and a better use of their skills
