Análisis calidad de vida urbana de los habitantes de la Cooperativa Las Marías del sector Montes SINAÍ de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como principal objetivo, realizar un estudio sobre la calidad de vida de los moradores de la Cooperativa Las Marías perteneciente al sector de Monte Sinaí. Para esta finalidad se analizó el estado actual de la calidad de vida de los moradores mediante una encuesta adaptada del modelo de Chile (Índice de Calidad de Vida Urbana) y la del Ecuador (Calidad de vida). De manera complementaria se recopiló la información sobre las obras que el Gobierno central y local ha ejecutado para el beneficio del sector de Monte Sinaí y de la cooperativa investigada. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo con el objetivo de determinar el estado de la calidad de vida de los moradores del sector y como la intervención del sector público genera un cambio en la vida de los habitantes. Si se afirma que la calidad de vida los moradores se expresan en términos de bienestar, salud mental, salud psíquica y de satisfacción es posible demostrar la percepción de los habitantes sobre los acontecimientos en su sector.

The main objective of this research is to carry out a study on the quality of life of the inhabitants of “Las Marias” Cooperative, which belongs to the Monte Sinai sector. For this purpose, the current state of the quality of life of the inhabitants will be analyzed by means of a survey adapted from the Chilean model (Urban Quality of Life Index) and the Ecuadorian model (Quality of Life). In addition, information will becollected on the work that the central and local governments have carried out for the benefit of the Monte Sinai sector and the cooperative under investigation. The focus of the research is quantitative with the objective of determining the state of the quality of life of the sector's inhabitants and how the intervention of the public sector generates a change in the lives of the inhabitants. If it is stated that the quality of life of the inhabitants is expressed in terms of well-being, mental health, psychological health and satisfaction, it is possible to demonstrate the perception of the inhabitants about the events in their sector
