Propuesta de mejora en la ejecución de pruebas de calidad en el área de selección en una fábrica de envases de vidrio

Resumen
Trabajo investigativo con la necesidad de optimizar recursos en la ejecución de pruebas de
calidad en el área de Selección en una fábrica de envases de vidrio con la reducción de
tiempos improductivos, debido a constantes atrasos y demoras en la entrega de datos
estadísticos para la toma de decisiones y control oportuno del proceso. Se propone un plan
de mejora continua en la calidad con modelo six sigma enfocado a el ajuste de las gráficas
de resultado del análisis en la situación actual, estableciendo readecuación de pruebas,
rediseño de equipos de medición y comprobación, implantación de software ágil en la
obtención de resultados, fortaleciendo conocimiento al recurso humano mediante
capacitaciones, razones por las cuales se pretende demostrar un ahorro sustentable inicial
del 22,42% del tiempo total de ciclo de las pruebas actuales.
Research work with the need to optimize resources in the execution of quality tests in the Selection area in a glass container factory with the reduction of downtime, due to constant delays and postponements in the delivery of statistical data for the collection of decisions and timely control of the process. A continuous quality improvement plan is proposed with a six sigma model focused on the adjustment of the result graphs by means of analysis with a Minitab statistical tool in the study of working time of the current situation, establishing test readjustment, of, redesign of equipment measurement and verification, implementation of agile software in obtaining results, strengthening knowledge of the human resource with permanent training, reasons for which it is intended to demonstrate an initial sustainable saving of 22.42% of the total cycle time of current tests by raising the efficiency and control.
