Diseño de un plan de seguridad laboral para trabajadores de la Empresa Remind Frio Pons.

Abstract

Diseñar un plan de seguridad laboral para trabajadores de la empresa REMIND FRÍO PONS, su actividad principal Servicios de Instalación, Mantenimiento, Reparación y Acondicionamiento de Refrigeración y Congelación. Con un diseño de plan de seguridad laboral que reducirá los riesgos, que ocasionen riesgo mecánico ocupacional a los colaboradores de la empresa. El objetivo de una matriz de verificación y cumplimiento de normativa legal en seguridad del trabajo, se aplicó una matriz William Fine para evaluar los factores de riesgos que ocasionan accidentes, para posteriormente priorizarlos por su mayor grado de peligrosidad según lineamientos del método Fine. Obteniendo como resultado: A los colaboradores en la parte operativas se estima los riesgos mecánicos, De materializarse los riesgos provocarán ser enfrentado mediante: Campaña de Seguridad y Capacitaciones con Certificaciones, Evaluaciones, Plan de señalética, entrega de equipos. Este plan de seguridad es mejorar el ambiente y minimizar los accidentes de trabajo.

The aim of this research is to design a work security plan for employees of R.E.M.I.N.D. FRÍO PONS, its main activity is the Installation of, Maintenance, Repair and Conditioning Services, Refrigeration and Freezing. With a design of an occupational safety plan that will reduce the risks that cause absenteeism for company employees. The objective of a verification matrix and compliance with legal regulations on occupational safety and health, a William Fine matrix was applied to evaluate the risk factors that cause accidents, and then prioritize them due to their greater degree of danger according to the guidelines of the method. Obtaining as a result: the collaborators in the operative part estimate the mechanical risks, the physical risks. If the risks materialize, they will face: Occupational Safety and Health Campaign, Training with Certifications, Evaluations, Signaling Plan, delivery of equipment. This safety plan is to improve the environment and minimize the absence of workplace accidents.
