Elaboración de un manual de funciones, políticas y procedimientos para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la compañía Agrosoft S.A.

Abstract

La empresa Agrosoft S.A., al no poseer un manual de funciones políticas y procedimientos, presenta falencias en la ejecución de sus funciones por parte de los colaboradores. Al conocer los problemas, motivó a investigar y analizar fundamentos teóricos, considerando los procesos administrativos que son: planeación, organización, dirección y control y además de bases legales que contribuyan de manera oportuna alcanzar objetivos de las empresas obteniendo como resultado mejorar el rendimiento laboral. Respecto a lo mencionado se realizó la propuesta de un levantamiento de un manual de funciones políticas y procedimientos, el tipo de investigación descriptivo por medio de entrevistas, el mismo que nos presentó como resultado que las funciones se las realiza de forma empírica sin evidenciar control sobre las actividades mediante el control interno que toda organización debe poseer, por lo tanto, se estableció la creación de un manual de funciones, políticas y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia del departamento administrativo de la empresa Agrosoft S.A.

The Agrosoft S.A. Company, doesn ́t have a manual of political, functions and procedures for this reason the same presents flaws in the implementation of their functions by the collaborators. Knowing this problem getting a motivation to research, and analyze theorist’s fundaments, considering the administrative process like: planning, organization, direction, and control, besides the legal background that help to the appropriate way to reach the objectives of the company having like a result to get better the develop at the work. In effect made an of survey of a manual including functions, political and procedures, the type of descriptive investigation through interviews, the same present us like a result that the functions are done of empiric way without evidence of control on the activities in the internal control that all the organization must have, therefore it was established the creation of one manual functions political and procedures for get better the efficiency of the administrative department in the Agrosoft S.A Company.
