Propuesta de un cuadro de mando integral en la Empresa Repapers Reciclajes del Ecuador S.A.

Abstract

Cualquier organización debe enfrentar cambios cuando se logra identificar y evaluar cada factor que afecte de manera crítica a la empresa, esto ayuda a la parte gerencial en la toma de decisiones que se alinee al objetivo que busca alcanzar. Con la propuesta del Cuadro de Mando Integral utilizando metodologías como; Encuestas y matrices de impacto para el análisis interno y PESTEL, cinco fuerzas de Porter para el análisis externo, complementado empresa Repapers Reciclajes del Ecuador S.A. donde se detectó procesos que no tenían controles ni estandarizaciones que generaban pérdidas a la organización. El objetico de este trabajo es dar a conocer a la directiva y ala gerencia, que este estudio tiene como prioridad el incremento en rentabilidad bruta, estimando un beneficio progresivamente creciente del 20% sobre la rentabilidad bruta actual

Any organization must face changes when it is possible to identify and evaluate each factor that critically affects the company, this helps the management in decision-making that is aligned with the objective it seeks to achieve, With the proposal of the Balanced Scorecard using methodologies such as; Surveys and impact matrices for the internal analysis and PESTEL, five Porter for the external analysis, complemented by the SWOT, an evaluation and diagnosis of the current situation o the company Repapers Reciclajes del Ecuador S.A is obtained. The results revealed that processes did not have control or standardizations that generated losses to the organization. The objective of this work is to inform the board and management that this study has as priority the increase in gross profitability, estimating a progressively increasing profit of 20% on current gross profitability.
