Resumen
Comercial “La Económica” comenzó sus operaciones a partir del año 2003 en la ciudad de
Guayaquil, dedicándose a la compra y venta al por mayor y menor de productos abarrotes
de primera necesidad. A través de esta investigación se procuró resolver la problemática en
la que ha estado involucrado el negocio, entre esos el mal control de inventarios, mal
manejo de su contabilidad, gestión administrativa y demás información útil para el local,
por tal motivo, para la elaboración de este proyecto fue necesario la adopción de un sistema
contable integrado, que permita tener un mejor control interno de la mercadería que se
posee, a su vez que este tipo de software contable permite llevar un manejo contable
apropiado que vaya en relación a las exigencias de las entidades reguladoras, sin olvidar de
que se cuenta con diferentes módulos necesarios para el funcionamiento del local. Dentro
de las ventajas de la adopción de este programa es el poder optimizar recursos, ya que
evitaría la compra innecesaria de stock, la emisión de informes de control que dependerá de
lo solicitado, sumado a ello el ahorro de tiempo para realizar actividades.

Through this investigation it was tried to solve the problem in which the business has been involved, among them the poor control of inventories, bad management of its accounting, administrative management and other useful information for the premises, for this reason, for the elaboration this project required the adoption of an integrated accounting system, which allows for better internal control of the merchandise that it possesses, while this type of accounting software allows for authorized accounting management to be carried out in relation to the requirements of the regulatory entities, without forgetting that there are different modules necessary for the operation of the premises. Among the advantages of adopting this program is the power to improve resources, since it would avoid the unnecessary purchase of stocks, the issuance of control reports that depend on what is requested, added to this the saving of time to make activities.
