Resumen
El presente estudio de factibilidad fue el diseño de un plan de negocios que demuestre la viabilidad
económica y financiera de emprender con una empresa que produce y comercializa productos agrícolas
además que impulse la competitividad y productividad de la matriz productiva y de las empresas PYMES
de Guayaquil. Se aplicaron los métodos de investigación: el descriptivo y de campo, Los instrumentos de
recolección de información fue la encuesta que permitió conocer directamente de los interesados su
percepción sobre la demanda de los productos agrícolas. La población de estudio fue una muestra
restaurantes hoteles y empresas de catering asentadas en Guayaquil específicamente en la parroquia
Tarqui. Se estructuró el plan de negocios, se procedió a su evaluación financiera con técnicas financieras
Valor Actual Neto (VAN) y Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) que demostraron que es conveniente la apertura
de la empresa acorde con los supuestos que se plantean en el plan de negocios.
The present feasibility study was the design of a business plan that demonstrates the economic and financial viability of undertaking with a company that produces and markets agricultural products as well as boosting the competitiveness and productivity of the productive matrix and the SME companies in Guayaquil. The research methods were applied: the descriptive and field, The information collection instruments was the survey that allowed to know directly from the interested parties their perception of the demand for agricultural products. The study population was a sample restaurants hotels and catering companies based in Guayaquil specifically in the parish Tarqui. The business plan was structured, its financial evaluation was carried out with financial techniques Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) that demonstrated that it is convenient to open the company in accordance with the assumptions that arise in the plan of business.
