Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un plan de exportación para el producto bebida de arroz con sabor a chocolate “Naturice” con destino Barcelona - España, el cual está dirigido al sector arrocero del cantón Samborondón, ubicado en la zona de planificación 8, donde figuran como actores principales los agricultores y actores secundarios las empresas procesadoras de arroz (piladoras). El propósito de la investigación es incentivar la diversificación de la materia prima arroz para su posterior exportación, mediante la recopilación y descripción de información que sirva de guía al potencial grupo exportador, con la finalidad de que no solo se exporte el excedente de materia prima como tal; sino, también productos con valor agregado, a fin de contribuir al cambio de la matriz productiva. Se utiliza el enfoque cuanti-cualitativo de investigación a través del cual se puede determinar los factores para incentivar la diversificación de esta materia prima tan importante no solo para el cantón sino para el País. El desarrollo de este trabajo permite concluir que, la gestión de un programa de asociatividad comunitaria de Economía Popular y Solidaria conformada por los actores primarios y actores secundarios bajo la supervisión del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Samborondón, junto a la implementación de los factores identificados contribuirá a la diversificación de la materia prima arroz y permitirá al potencial grupo exportador acceder a créditos, capacitaciones, maquinaria y procesos especializados para así ser partícipes del tan ansiado desarrollo social y económico mediante la ejecución del plan de exportación propuesto.
The objective of this work is to develop an export plan for the chocolate-flavored rice drink product "Naturice" destined for Barcelona - Spain, which is aimed at the rice sector of the canton of Samborondón, located in planning zone 8, where The main actors are the farmers and the secondary actors are the rice processing companies (piladoras). The purpose of the research is to encourage the diversification of rice raw material for subsequent export, by compiling and describing information that serves as a guide for the potential exporting group, in order that not only the surplus of raw material is exported as such; but also products with added value, in order to contribute to the change of the productive matrix. The quantitative-qualitative research approach is used through which the factors can be determined to encourage the diversification of this important raw material not only for the canton but for the Country. The development of this work allows us to conclude that, the management of a community association program of Popular and Solidarity Economy made up of primary and secondary actors under the supervision of the Samborondón Decentralized Autonomous Government, together with the implementation of the identified factors, will contribute to the diversification of the raw material rice and will allow the potential exporting group to access credits, training, machinery and specialized processes in order to be part of the long-awaited social and economic development through the execution of the proposed export plan
