Diabetes is the evil of the twentieth century, is a systemic disease that affects the patient in all aspects of their daily lives, much more when the patient requires any kind of medical treatment, especially when it is invasive type, as is the extraction of a tooth, since diabetes itself predisposes the patient to make a much slower healing, which increases the risk of infections, mainly for this reason it is necessary to help the patient to decrease healing time, to achieve it intends to use propolis, which is a recognized antibiotic, analgesic, anesthetic, natural healing beekeeping origin, used in liquid extract form, which must be applied to diabetic patients after dental surgery performed and extraction the tooth, to accelerate the healing process of the hard tissues but mainly of the soft tissues, which are most affected during the process and thus prevent the occurrence of clinical complications and infections, than by the complication of their disease would be much more complicated treatment, is thus expected to help prevent patient complications, this is expected to ensure a quick recovery and optimal diabetic patients for fear of side effects which may appear as the complications associated with their disease, who need dental work is not performed
