Corresponsabilidad parental y el apremio personal como garantía de la prestación de alimentos

Resumen
Cuando el vínculo parento-filial afectivo es armonioso el derecho alimentario de los hijos es perfecto, pero ocurre lo contrario cuando surgen las desavenencias y se produce la separación o divorcio y uno de ellos sale de casa y el otro queda al cuidado de los hijos, lo que produce una situación irregular de enfrentamientos. La corresponsabilidad parento-filial se ve afectada por los incumplimientos que van surgiendo y la obligación alimentaria disminuye lo que conduce a buscar una solución judicial para que se fije la pensión alimenticia. La normativa constitucional reconoce la corresponsabilidad parental y garantiza el derecho alimentario, pero qué ocurre con estas garantías cuando se incumple la orden judicial de pensión alimenticia. Se dispone el apremio personal del obligado con el propósito de garantizar la prestación de alimentos. De igual forma, qué ocurre si el premio no cumple lo dispuesto por la Corte Constitucional.
When the affective parental-filial bond is harmonious, the children's right to food is perfect, but the opposite occurs when disagreements arise and separation or divorce occurs and one of them leaves home and the other remains in the care of the children.
