aesthetics. This document presents information and home office bleaching techniques using commercial products containing hydrogen peroxide and 35% carbamide peroxide 10%.The combinations of bleaching agents and light irradiations (bluelight emitting diode/infra-red diode-laser and halogen light curing units) were used in clinical cases, in attempt to improve the whitening process.In-office techniques promoted acceptable esthetic results that were achieved in two clinical sessions. However, depending on the severity of staining, conservative tooth preparations may be indicated to restore the natural color of teeth. Among the best known in the dental means techniques is that performed by the patient in the comfort of your home which is supervised by the professional periods this is called homemade art and is to develop plastic buckets in which a gel is placed bleaching at low concentration which typically is a carbamide peroxide and the percentage varies between 10 and 17%. Another important technique is carried out in the dental office with concentrations of hydrogen peroxide which varies between 30 and 35% and are activated by light or heat this procedure unlike home technique allows us to observe the results on a used shortest time possible worth emphasize that both techniques allow us to recover one two-tone natural color of the teeth thus obtaining satisfied patients.
