humanizado
Research as a competence of doing for humanized care is one of the primary jobs that every nursing professional must have and is fundamental both research and humanized care to achieve patient satisfaction and thus provide them with a dignified treatment based on scientific knowledge general objective: Describe research as a competence of doing for humanized care Methodology : The qualitative methodology was used by which it was inspired to understand a personal perspective of the experience of the licensors, and in turn the ethnographic method was used because it interprets the day-to-day life of the person, analyzing their ideas or beliefs. Five nurses were interviewed on research as a competence to do in humanized care, the data were analyzed with the categorization process. Results: The results are expressed in three main categories: 1. - Ability on research for humanized care, 2. - Nursing capacity in research for humanized care, 3. - Skills in nursing research for humanized care. Conclusion: It is concluded that nursing professionals, if they are interested in promoting research and providing humanized care to their patients, however, do not have enough time to develop it due to the labor overload they have in the different areas as well as the multiple activities they have under their care and must develop, which often prevents them from conducting ongoing research to make nurses day-to-day and their care humanized.
