Resumen
Se realizó una investigación cuyo objetivo es determinar las secuelas respiratorias en pacientes post covid 19 que acuden al centro de salud “Juan Montalvo”. Dicha investigación esta basada en el enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo con un método paradigmático fenomenológico, en el cual hicieron participes los pacientes que acudían al Centro de Salud “Juan Montalvo”, que presentaban secuelas respiratorias post-covid 19. A estos pacientes entrevistados se les explico la metodología de la entrevista que se iba a llevar a cabo, en el momento que ellos acceden a ser entrevistados se les hizo firmar el consentimiento informado. Se utilizo como instrumento un cuestionario de preguntas abiertas, las cuales nos permitieron crear un vínculo sociable para el desarrollo de las mismas. En los resultados de esta investigación se logro evidenciar que hubo una notoria afectación manifestada por los entrevistados en cuanto a la limitación en sus rutinas cotidianas de su vida, tanto, personal como laboral. Se concluye así que esta enfermedad dejo varias secuelas respiratorias en los pacientes que no solo provocaron daños en su salud sino también limitaciones en su desempeño diario, impidiendo su desarrollo laboral y así complicando su vida no solo de manera física también emocional.
An investigation was carried out whose objective is to determine the respiratory sequelae in post- covid 19 patients who attend the “Juan Montalvo” health center. This research is based on a qualitative, descriptive approach with a phenomenological paradigmatic method, in which the patients who attended the "Juan Montalvo" Health Center participated, presenting post-covid 19 respiratory sequelae. These patients were interviewed. He explained the methodology of the interview that was going to be carried out, at the moment that they agreed to be interviewed, they were made to sign the informed consent. A questionnaire of open questions was used as an instrument, which allowed us to create a sociable bond for their development. In the results of this research, it was possible to show that there was a notorious affectation manifested by the interviewees in terms of the limitation in their daily routines of their life, both personal and work. It is thus concluded that this disease left several respiratory sequelae in the patients that not only caused damage to their health but also limitations in their daily performance, impeding their work development and thus complicating their life not only physically but also emotionally.
