La migración y el crecimiento del subempleo en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que han incidido en la migración y los índices de subempleo que esta puede provocar dentro del mercado laboral de la ciudad de Guayaquil. El subempleo es una problemática que enfrenta el gobierno y su población. Durante el periodo de estudio, los niveles de subempleo han variado en la ciudad de Guayaquil. La metodología que sigue la investigación es de modo documental, haciendo uso de los métodos Hipotético-Deductivo, la metodología analítica, cuantitativa y cualitativa, mediante la recopilación de información estadística proporcionada por fuentes bibliográficas confiables, verificando los movimientos migratorios y las tasas de subempleo. Además, se pretende plantear soluciones a la masiva migración que recibe la ciudad de Guayaquil comparando la Ley de Migración y Extranjería de Chile con la Ley de Movilidad Humana de Ecuador ofreciendo recomendaciones para tratar de frenar la migración y mejorar los niveles de subempleo en la ciudad.
The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that have influenced migration and the underemployment rates that it can cause within the labor market of the city of Guayaquil. Underemployment is a problem faced by the government and its population. During the study period, levels of underemployment have varied in the city of Guayaquil. The methodology that the research follows is documentary, making use of the Hypothetical-Deductive methods, the analytical, quantitative and qualitative methodology, by collecting statistical information provided by reliable bibliographic sources, verifying migratory movements and underemployment rates. In addition, it is intended to propose solutions to the massive migration that the city of Guayaquil receives by comparing the Migration and Immigration Law of Chile with the Human Mobility Law of Ecuador, offering recommendations to try to stop migration and improve the levels of underemployment in the city .
