Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo implantar estrategias
contables y administrativas que den pauta a una mejora en los recursos y controles de la
empresa Distrifasa S.A. De esta forma lograr optimizar los recursos y por ende
incrementar la rentabilidad y control de la compañía. La metodología utilizada para este
proceso de investigación fue tipo descriptiva y de campo, de acuerdo al método de
investigación implementado se determinó un déficit en el control contable y
administrativo viéndose afectados el desarrollo habitual de la compañía, no hay las
respectivas revisiones contables mensuales con respecto a los balances y estados de
resultados, en la visualización de sus mayores, tanto en la falta de control mensual
contable y administrativo no se obtiene resultados reales respecto al desempeño y
rentabilidad afectando la liquidez de la misma. Por lo antes mencionado se procede a
establecer estrategias en las falencias de la empresa que ayuden a resolver las dos áreas
afectadas tanto contables y administrativas y así optimizar la rentabilidad de la
compañía.
The objective of this research work is to implement accounting and administrative strategies that provide guidelines for an improvement in the resources and controls of the company Distrifasa S.A. In this way to optimize resources and therefore increase the profitability and control of the company.
