Resumen
Las naciones que han logrado avances científicos de calidad de vida, salud y economía comparten la característica de poseer sistemas educativos progresivamente adaptados a las necesidades de los pobladores en un mundo globalizado. En base a esta realidad, se estimó realizar la presente investigación cuyo objetivo general fue describir los aspectos más importantes del sistema de educación en base a la inclusión de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en el Bachillerato. Esta investigación fue de naturaleza cualitativa desde la metodología de estudio de casos y bajo el enfoque descriptivo-narrativo de los resultados obtenidos a través de entrevistas previa elaboración de cuestionarios, los cuales fueron resueltos por la Psicóloga del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil, padres de familia, docentes y estudiantes de la institución, quienes opinaron del tema y valoraron los cambios producidos en el nuevo sistema de educación digital. Los resultados avizoran beneficios tanto en el campo de la enseñanza como del aprendizaje que utilizan los insumos del software y hardware favorables a un lenguaje autónomo y a la vez colaborativo que otorgue mayor significado y pertenencia a la información y comunicación recibida
Nations that have made scientific advances in quality of life, health and economy share the characteristic of having education systems progressively adapted to the needs of people in a globalized world. Based on this reality, it was considered to carry out this research whose general objective was to describe the most important aspects of the education system based on the inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies in the Baccalaureate. This research was qualitative in nature from the case study methodology and under the descriptive-narrative approach to the results obtained through interviews after preparation of questionnaires, which were resolved by the Psychologist of the Department of Student Counseling, parents, teachers and students of the institution, who commented on the subject and valued the changes produced in the new digital education system. The results will bring benefits both in the field of teaching and learning used by software and hardware inputs favorable to an autonomous and collaborative language that gives greater meaning and belonging to the information and communication received
