Análisis de los procesos administrativos y propuesta de la creación de un departamento de marketing para mejorar la atención al cliente y ventas de Maquinarias Henriques C.A.

Resumen
El Sr. Victor Henriques creo la compañía “Maquinarias Henriques” en el año
de 1946 con la finalidad de poder comercializar equipos y materiales de
consumo para las industrias en general y dar un servicio a ellas. Este
trabajo se lo realizó con el objetivo principal es de recuperar e incrementar
las ventas y utilidades, mediante el mejoramiento de los procesos de
comercialización, disminución de devoluciones de ventas, incremento del
portafolio de productos, captación de nuevos clientes y mejoramiento de la
atención a la clientela. Contando con las herramientas que nos proporciona
la Ingeniería Industrial como son el diagrama de pareto, diagrama de
ishikawa, cadena de valor, análisis de foda etc., se determinó los principales
problemas fue el bajo volumen de ventas ocasionado por el
desconocimiento de los productos que se distribuyen, las devoluciones de
mercadería y por falta de stock de mercaderías; que en el año 2007 la
compañía ha perdido $ 1.251.633,ºº. También se determino las soluciones
contratando un especialista que capacitará al personal, se creará un
departamento de marketing y se hará un plan estratégico de ventas, se
mantendrá la bodega siempre surtida con mercadería suficiente, y la
inversión de las propuestas es de $ 17.414,ºº . Durante esta tesis de grado
se ha obtenido los resultados que en comparación a la tasa de interés en el
mercado, la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) = 36,50% que es la más
indicada para el proyecto, el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) = 3.110,36; la
recuperación de la inversión es un tiempo de 2,03 meses y un coeficiente
de costo-beneficio es $ 7,19 que indica que por cada dólar de inversión hay
un retorno de 7,19 dólares; y con estos análisis financieros aprobados
expresan la factibilidad de la propuesta.
