Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los riesgos existentes en el área de
reparación de maquinas y establecer las condiciones de seguridad y salud de todos
los trabajadores que laboran en la empresa. Para la cual se utilizo métodos para
detectar los problemas que afectan en los puesto de trabajo y las causas que lo
originan por medio de información y observaciones directas en los diferentes
áreas de la empresa, permitiendo identificar las condiciones de trabajo y los actos
y condiciones inseguros a los que están expuesto los empleados que pudieran
ocasionarles lesiones o accidentes. Para la realización de esta investigación se
consultaron textos referentes a la seguridad industrial así como de métodos que
permita tener mayor información sobre los problemas que afectan la seguridad de
la empresa en la cual se realizo un FODA, de igual manera en la investigación de
los riesgo mecánicos se utilizo el método FINE, así como del método GRETENER
que permite detectar el nivel de riesgo de incendio que presenta la empresa.
También se detecto que la empresa no cuenta con un comité de seguridad. En la
aplicación de estos métodos se obtuvo que la empresa necesita que sus
trabajadores reciban capacitación adecuada en la prevención de riesgo, así como
la conformación de un comité de seguridad que permita que los empleados
cumplan con las obligaciones y deberes como el uso correcto de los equipos de
protección personal cuando estos los requieran y que se tomen las precauciones
adecuadas ante un posible accidente. El costo de la propuesta en la empresa se
tendrá que realizar una inversión de $ 3470.18. En donde la empresa cuenta con
un capital de $67.200 que corresponde a las maquinas en bodega, la misma que si
proyectamos una perdida del 15% en caso de un incendio, obtenemos la perdida
de $10.080, y en la aplicación de la formula beneficio / costo se obtiene un 2.9 lo
que indica que el proyecto es factible. Y que permitirá realizar la capacitación de
los trabajadores logrando reducir los índices de accidentes, así como de poder
contar con un reglamento la cual será de ayuda individual y colectivamente,
dando como beneficio el reflejo en los estados financieros y en el aumento de la
confianza y la eficiencia de los trabajadores en cuanto a Seguridad Industrial.

For which methods were used to detect the problems that affect the workplace and the causes that originate through information and direct observations in the different areas of the company, allowing the identification of working conditions and acts and unsafe conditions to which employees are exposed that could cause injury or accident. To carry out this research, consulted texts referring to industrial safety as well as methods that allows you to have more information about the problems that affect the security of the company in which a SWOT was carried out, in the same way in the investigation of mechanical risks, the FINE method was used, as well as the GRETENER method that allows detecting the level of fire risk that the company presents. It was also detected that the company does not have a safety committee. In the application of these methods it was obtained that the company needs its workers receive adequate training in risk prevention, as well as the formation of a safety committee that allows employees to comply with the obligations and duties such as the correct use of the equipment personal protection when they require them and that precautions are taken suitable for a possible accident. The cost of the proposal in the company is you will have to make an investment of $ 3470.18. Where the company has a capital of $ 67,200 that corresponds to the machines in the warehouse, the same as if we project a 15% loss in the event of a fire, we obtain the loss of $ 10,080, and in the application of the benefit / cost formula, a 2.9 is obtained which indicates that the project is feasible.
