Factores de éxito y fracaso de los emprendedores de la economía popular y solidaria de Guayaquil.

Resumen
Los emprendimientos constituyen un motor importante en la economía del país, se muestra que en Ecuador gran parte de los emprendimiento están dedicados al comercio interno, muchos emprendedores se inician en este mundo por encontrar una alternativa laboral ya que cierta parte de éstos son personas desempleadas los cuales crean estos negocios por necesidad razón por el cual muchos de estos emprendimientos no duran tanto en el mercado, otros emprendedores crean estos negocios por tener otra fuente de ingresos. La hipótesis planteada fue que los emprendimientos se crean sin una lógica productiva establecida, los resultados obtenidos demuestran que es así, ciertos emprendedores establecen sus negocios sin conocimiento de algunas materias importantes. Se aplicaron seis encuestas y tres entrevistas donde se obtuvo que entre los factores de éxito de los emprendimientos resalta la Innovación y la Perseverancia, mientras que los factores que inducen al fracaso de estos negocios está la falta de innovación y la falta de planificación
Entrepreneurships constitute an important engine in the country's economy, it is shown that in Ecuador a large part of the entrepreneurships are dedicated to internal trade, many entrepreneurs start in this world to find a job alternative since a certain part of these are unemployed people. which create these businesses out of necessity, which is why many of these ventures do not last as long in the market, other entrepreneurs create these businesses because they have another source of income. The hypothesis raised was that ventures are created without an established productive logic, the results obtained show that this is the case, certain entrepreneurs establish their businesses without knowledge of some important matters. Six surveys and three interviews were applied where it was obtained that among the success factors of the ventures, Innovation and Perseverance stand out, while the factors that induce the failure of these businesses are the lack of innovation and the lack of planning.
