Resumen
En el presente estudio es el de eliminar los diferentes problemas que se presentan
en los restaurantes de Mar club, utilizando diferentes métodos para lograr mejorar
los servicios de alimentos y bebidas; Dentro de la tesis se podrá identificar
claramente la metodología realizada por el control de inventario de las empresas
así como las restricciones encontradas durante su elaboración. La metodología
utilizada para el desarrollo de la misma consistió en lo siguiente: el uso de la
clasificación ABC basado en el Estudio de pareto aplicado en el control de
inventario. La determinación de la demanda de los componentes de la
clasificación durante su tiempo de entrega por medio del uso de un sistema MRP(
Planeación de requerimientos de materiales), Y finalmente la selección de un
modelo de control de inventario de acuerdo a las restricciones del sistema. Una
vez obtenida toda esta información se evaluó el modelo propuesto contra el
modelo actualmente utilizado, encontrando así las principales conclusiones de la
tesis. Con el sistema POS se lograra tener una verdadero control de inventario ya
que lo que se compre y se venda se reducirán los problemas, se optimizaran los
recursos.
