Estrategias de reinserción para incrementar la demanda de estudiantes en la Unidad Educativa Padre Carlos Mantilla de la parroquia Tenguel

Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general diseñar estrategias de reinserción que
permitan incrementar la demanda de estudiantes en una unidad educativa rural, para el periodo
lectivo 2022-2023. Para esto se realizó una investigación con método mixto, que permitió
identificar las causas no numéricas de la deserción escolar y a su vez realizar un análisis
cuantitativo o numérico de los estudiantes que han abandonado la institución, permitiendo a su
vez evaluar sus causas y efectos mediante los resultados de las encuestas a los representantes
de los estudiantes de la unidad educativa. Conjuntamente, se realizó una entrevista no
estructurada al rector de la institución, con la finalidad de conocer a cerca las estrategias que
se aplicaban al inicio del estudio, metodología de enseñanza, y otro tipo de información
relevante. Se logró evidenciar, a través de los resultados obtenidos, que la deserción escolar
surge a partir de la pandemia de COVID 19, afectando directamente al factor económico del
país, además de la falta de equipos o servicio de internet requeridos para la educación virtual.
Se recomendó ayudar a minimizar los gastos de los representantes, mediante el uso de libros
digitales; y también, la apertura de cursos vacacionales para reducir la desnivelación escolar
The general objective of the present study was to design reintegration strategies that allow increasing the demand for students in a school located in a rural zone, for the 2022-2023 school period. For this reason, a mixed method research was carried out, which allowed identifying the non-numerical causes of school dropout and, in turn, carrying out a quantitative or numerical analysis of the students who have dropped out of the institution, allowing in turn to evaluate its causes and effects through the results of the surveys applied to the representatives of the students of the school. An unstructured interview was conducted with the institution director, in order to learn about the strategies that were applied at the beginning of the study, teaching methodology, and other relevant information. It was possible to show, through the results obtained, that school dropout arises from the COVID 19 pandemic, affecting directly on the economic factor of the country; in addition to the lack of equipment or internet service required for virtual education. It was recommended to help lessen the expenses of the representatives, through the use of digital books; and also, the opening of vacation courses to reduce school unevenness.
