The Dentigerous cyst is the second cyst most common Odontogenic is usually associated with the Crown of a normal tooth impacted, usually with third canines and lower molars. It is often seen in patients of a male between 20 and 40 years of age. Clinically studies there are no painful swellings related to impacted canines. After the draft of this study, discuss possible solutions found in the collected data. I showed in a study of the pilot school of dentistry in 2013 - 2014 select 100 randomised patients between the ages of 19 to 35 years of age is objective 12 patients presenting Dentigerous cyst in this case the prevalence of cyst in this entity related to these patients was a result of:P = 12 / 100 = 0.12 = 12% of cyst Dentigerous. It is important to act at the right time, to avoid complications in the patient when the tooth is held in bad position, the indication would be their surgical removal, in other cases when the path of eruption is favorable is done the link and takes the dental arch via orthodontic appliances. It is an absolute requirement that all tissues from Dentigerous cyst should undergo a histopathology, due that in some areas of the cyst wall may occur changes in epithelial cells that should not go unnoticed in your evaluation. It is necessary to raise awareness of the need to undergo regular dental checks study pathology is essential, as well as the control of the patients in the short, medium and long term at age Pediatric dentigerous along with mucoceles cysts are the most common injuries, with respect to the age
