Resumen
Este tema de Investigación se efectuó con la finalidad de
proporcionar a los alumnos y docentes de la facultad de
Odontología de Guayaquil un método de cómo tratar a las personas
con un problema sistémico, este caso clínico es de tipo especifico,
observacional, analítico, prospectivo y rehabilitador específicamente
a los pacientes diabéticos que habitualmente llegan a las clínicas de
nuestra Facultad, donde deberemos efectuar medidas necesarias y el
manejo odontológico que hay que tomar en consideración, tales
como brindar un minucioso Diagnostico y Plan de tratamiento para
lo cual he tomado en Consideración de armar un Protocolo de
Atención a pacientes Diabéticos previo a la adaptación de una
prótesis parcial removible, cuyo valor Científico es de llevar a cabo
un tratamiento con la finalidad de salvaguardar sus órganos
dentarios, evitando alguna eliminación dentaria, y la importancia de
su funcionamiento masticatoria, sustituyendo con una prótesis
metálica removible las piezas dentarias ausentes y remanentes
estructurales de soporte, considerando otro valor importante como
su estética, fonación y oclusión esto estimo en la paciente un
cambio muy considerable volviéndole su autoestima y seguridad,
mejorando su estilo de vivir. Este caso se lo efectuó a una Paciente
se Sexo femenino y 55 años de edad en las clínicas de
Prostodoncia de la Facultad Piloto de Odontología de la Universidad
de Guayaquil, con varias perdidas de sus órganos dentarios en sus
dos arcadas y a su vez teniendo presente un compromiso sistémico.
Satisfactoriamente el tratamiento efectuado resulto el ideal para la
paciente devolviendo de esta forma la seguridad y la confianza en su
diario vivir.
This issue of Research was conducted in order to provide students and teachers of the Faculty of Dentistry of Guayaquil a method of how to treat people with a systemic problem, this clinical case is specific, observational, analytical, prospective and rehabilitation in this case specifically for diabetic patients who regularly come to the clinics of our Faculty, where we perform necessary measures and dental management to be taken into consideration, such as providing a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan for which I have taken in consideration of putting together a protocol Care Diabetic patients prior to the adaptation of a removable partial denture, whose scientific value is to conduct a treatment in order to safeguard their dental organs, avoiding any tooth removal, and the importance of their masticatory function, substituting a removable metal prosthesis missing teeth and the remaining structural support, considering another important as its aesthetic value, I consider this speech and occlusion in a patient turning his considerable change their selfesteem and security, improving your style of living . This case was made by a female patient is Sex and age 55 in clinics Pilot Prosthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Guayaquil, with several lost their dental organs on both arcades and in turn having to submit a systemic involvement. Treatment resulted satisfactorily performed the ideal patient thus restoring security and confidence in their daily lives.
