Percepción de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura de Administración de Empresas Universidad de Guayaquil respecto a su formación profesional

Resumen
El presente proyecto tuvo como finalidad evaluar la percepción de los estudiantes de la
Licenciatura de Administración de Empresas - Universidad de Guayaquil respecto a su formación
profesional de la comunidad académica el cual mide la evaluación del entorno de aprendizaje en
las carreras en Ecuador. Se realizó la investigación aplicando el método de investigación
exploratoria-descriptiva con el propósito de valorar la perspectiva de los estudiantes, dado que se
realizó encuestas para conocer las competencias desarrolladas dentro de la carrera para cumplir
con los requisitos necesarios en el ámbito laboral, donde por medio de la población 214 se aplicó
una formula en la cual se encuestaron a 138 estudiantes de la carrera de Administración de
Empresas para obtener información, para saber los motivos de su percepción de aprendizaje, para
luego presentar y analizar los resultados se manifiesta que las competencias genéricas y especificas
del proyecto, donde en la actualidad de una manera constructivista a comparación del proyecto
análisis prospectivo de la carrera de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad de Guayaquil.
The purpose of this project was to develop the perception of the students of the Bachelor of Business Administration - University of Guayaquil regarding their professional training involving the important actors of the academic community named in the generic model which measures the evaluation of the learning environment in the races in Ecuador. The research was carried out applying the exploratory-descriptive research method with the purpose of assessing the perspective of the students since surveys were carried out to know the variables developed within the career to meet the necessary requirements in the workplace, where by means of of the population 214, a formula was applied in which 138 students of the Business Administration career were surveyed to obtain information, to know the reasons for their perception of learning, and then present and analyze the results, it is manifested that the generic competences and specific projects are currently projected in a constructivist way compared to the prospective analysis project of the Business Administration career at the University of Guayaquil
