Resumen
La presente tesis realiza un análisis de las normas Ecuatorianas en cuanto al tema del Trabajo Infantil, enfocándose principalmente en el Código del Trabajo y el Código Orgánico Integral Penal, siendo estas dos vías fundamentales para la erradicación del trabajo infantil. Así mismo, establece la importancia de la protección de los menores de edad ante situaciones de peligro o exposiciones al mismo. El primer capítulo del presente trabajo trata del problema, aquello que incentivo como autoras a investigar y analizar de forma profunda el tema. En el segundo capítulo, refiere al marco teórico, contextual y legal, estableciendo así la importancia de la tipificación especial del trabajo infantil en el ordenamiento ecuatoriano, específicamente en el COIP. En el capítulo 3, marco metodológico, para la recopilación de información utilizamos las herramientas de encuesta, entrevista y fuentes bibliográficas. Por último, tenemos el capítulo cuarto, en donde realizamos una propuesta.
This thesis makes an analysis of the Ecuadorian norms regarding the subject of Child Labor, focusing mainly on the Labor Code and the Comprehensive Organic Penal Code, these two being fundamental ways for the eradication of child labor. Likewise, it establishes the importance of the protection of minors against dangerous situations or exposures to it. The first chapter of this work deals with the problem, that which encourages authors to investigate and analyze the subject in depth. In the second chapter, it refers to the theoretical, contextual and legal framework, thus establishing the importance of the special classification of child labor in the Ecuadorian legal system, specifically in the COIP. In chapter 3, methodological framework, for the collection of information we used the tools of survey, interview and bibliographic sources. Finally, we have the fourth chapter, where we make a proposal.
