Análisis del impacto de la firma del acuerdo comercial multipartes de Ecuador con la Unión Europea caso exportación de banano

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación se centra en analizar el impacto de la firma del acuerdo comercial multipartes entre Ecuador con la Unión Europea caso exportaciones de banano, lo que permitirá conocer al lector; el comportamiento de las exportaciones de banano en dos periodos; antes de la firma del acuerdo periodo 2013- 2016 y después de concretada la firma periodo 2017 – 2020, en esta investigación se encontrará un análisis de los sucesos que se presentaron dentro de estos periodos; por otro lado se visualizará el posicionamiento del banano ecuatoriano dentro del bloque europeo, también se conocerá la participación que tiene esta fruta dentro de los países de la Unión Europea que la importan; otros de los contextos a tratar será la diferenciación de las fortalezas que posee el banano de exportación de Ecuador frente a los países andinos miembros del Acuerdo Comercial Multipartes; Colombia y Perú, para seguir el lineamiento de los conocimientos que se pretenden expresar en este trabajo se determinarán las ventajas y desventajas que resultaron con el acuerdo frente a las exportaciones del banano ecuatoriano. Esta investigación posee un enfoque cualitativo, aplicando los métodos deductivo y analítico, utilizando fuentes primarias y secundarias que permitirán un mejor análisis del tema, de esta forma responder a la hipótesis planteada dentro de este trabajo de investigación. Para fundamentar este análisis se recurrió a la aplicación de la entrevista como instrumento de investigación, la que permitirá tener una visión profesional de la temática de estudio, obteniendo diferentes puntos de vistas de profesionales del sector bananero de exportación, llegando a conclusiones enriquecedoras para la investigación.

This degree work focuses on analyzing the impact of the signing of the multiparty trade agreement between Ecuador and the European Union in the case of banana exports, which will allow the reader to know; the behavior of banana exports in two periods; Before the signing of the agreement for the period 2013-2016 and after the signing of the period 2017-2020, this investigation will find an analysis of the events that occurred within these periods; on the other hand, the positioning of the Ecuadorian banana within the European bloc will be visualized, the participation that this fruit has within the countries of the European Union that import it will also be known; Other contexts to be discussed will be the differentiation of the strengths of Ecuador's export bananas compared to the Andean countries that are members of the Multiparty Trade Agreement; Colombia and Peru, in order to follow the guidelines of the knowledge that are intended to be expressed in this work, the advantages and disadvantages that resulted from the agreement will be determined against Ecuadorian banana exports. This research has a qualitative approach, applying deductive and analytical methods, using primary and secondary sources that will allow a better analysis of the subject, thus responding to the hypothesis raised within this research work. To support this analysis, the application of the interview as a research instrument was used, which will allow a professional vision of the study topic, obtaining different points of view from professionals in the banana export sector, reaching enriching conclusions for the investigation.
