Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación es un análisis de la producción y comercialización de la cadena agroindustrial de miel de abeja en la provincia del Guayas, la metodología empleada fue de tipo cualitativa y cuantitativa, debido que la finalidad de la investigación es analizar el mercado de este producto, mediante la aplicación de instrumento de investigación como es encuestas, entrevistas tanto a consumidores como productores. Por medio de estadísticas de fuentes oficiales hemos realizado la comparación de año base 2015- 2020 como una evolución y mejora para este sector productivo gracias a varios factores ocurridos en los últimos años como entre ellos la pandemia mundial demostrado así en las investigaciones realizadas y por los demás instrumentos de investigación, también se ha denotado el bajo apoyo económico por parte de entidades fundamentales para el desarrollo de este sector productivo.
