Error Judicial en Materia Penal: Análisis Caso Guaytacama en Latacunga año 2007 y sus consecuencias

Resumen
Este caso de estudio se trata de 4 campesinos indígenas de la serranía ecuatoriana a la que se le vulneraron todos sus derechos constitucionales, violentando el debido proceso. Este hecho ocurriò en el año 2007 en Latacunga, Provincia de Cotopaxì, donde se inculpo, se enjuicio y sentencio a 4 joven por un crimen que nunca cometieron, contra el bien jurídico protegido y que ademàs entre los sentenciados había un menor de edad. En este estudio del Caso de Error Judicial se demostrarà y evidenciarà todo el sufrimiento al que fueron obligados estos jóvenes indígenas ecuatorianos. Para lo cual se utilizaron diferentes tipos de procedimientos de metodologìa empírica de la investigaciòn científica y el respectivo estudio documental se totalizan y brindan una visiòn màs completa y amplia del estado actual de este estudio del caso y tema de investigaciòn, aportando elementos reales que fueron considerados originalmente en otros estudios investigativos.
This case study is about 4 indigenous peasants from the Ecuadorian highlands whose constitutional rights were violated, violating due process. This incident occurred in 2007 in Latacunga, Cotopaxi Province, where 4 young people were charged, prosecuted and sentenced for a crime they never committed, against the legally protected right and that among those sentenced there was also a minor.
