Resumen
En la actualidad las pasarelas de pago se han logrado complementar como un valor
agregado para realizar las ventas en los comercios de venta directa, ha evolucionado a gran
escala en los diferentes comercios, esto ha desarrollado que los clientes puedan adquirir los
productos a través de algunas alternativas a la hora de realizar el pago, permitiendo brindar
una mejor experiencia al cliente, lograr generar ventas y optimizar el servicio. Hoy en día y
por efectos de la pandemia los clientes cuando se encuentran en la búsqueda de un producto o
servicio lo realizan usando canales digitales, buscan disminuir tiempos de espera haciendo
compras online, por ello esperan encontrar facilidades de pago para adquirirlo; sin duda una
gran oportunidad para que las personas que comercializan productos de venta directa se
incluyan en esta nueva era del marketing digital para satisfacer las necesidades de sus
clientes. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo realizaremos una propuesta de estrategias de
marketing digital para impulsar el uso de las pasarelas de pago en comercios de venta directa,
enfocando el uso de redes sociales como Whatsapp para mejorar la experiencia del
consumidor
