Resumen
La biblioteca comunitaria son fuentes de información y lugares estratégicos para el desarrollo de actividades y acceso a la información, el trabajo de estudio tiene como finalidad que la comunidad se enriquezca de más conocimiento, conozca de su cultura e identidad, de acuerdo al estudio basados en la investigación de campo se logró identificar estas deficiencias que carece la biblioteca ,el bibliotecario no tiene una herramienta que sirva de apoyo para llevar a cabo un servicio de calidad para el usuario en el aprendizaje, precisamente con estos datos obtenidos bajo la observación, los resultados estadísticos dirigidos a la comunidad y la entrevista a la directora de la biblioteca se logró obtener la importancia que brinda una Biblioteca Comunitaria a la comunidad, por esta razón una guía de herramientas de aprendizaje bien detallada y organizada es necesario para el personal bibliotecarios que le permitirá ejecutar actividades acorde a sus capacidades.
