Resumen
El líquido amniótico meconial puede dar complicaciones maternas como
neonatales. El principal objetivo es determinar los factores de riesgo que con llevan
que el líquido amniótico se contamine de meconio, desarrollando medidas
preventivas junto con el personal de salud, y elaborando un programa de
conversatorios sobre los diferentes factores de riesgo que puedan alterar la
fisiología del embarazo, que acuden a la Consulta Externa del Hospital Matilde
Hidalgo de Procel, metodología es de tipo, descriptivo, prospectivo, no
experimental, el estudio fue realizado a 110 pacientes con líquido amniótico
meconial atendidas en el área de toco quirúrgico en el periodo de mayo 2019 a abril
del 2020, entre los principales resultados, tenemos que las pacientes desconocen
sobre los factores de riesgo que conllevan que el líquido amniótico contenga
meconio con un 34 % fue de mayor relevancia, se activó el manejo terapéutico en
el 89% de las gestantes estudiadas recibieron antibioterapia
