Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el proceso de promoción y ejecución del programa
psicoeducativo de la inteligencia emocional docente para la optimización del proceso
pedagógico, respondiendo al eje ¿Qué caracterizó el proceso de promoción y ejecución del
programa psicoeducativo de la inteligencia emocional docente para la optimización del proceso
pedagógico de la Unidad Educativa Particular Interamericano durante el Ciclo I 2021-2022? con
la finalidad de analizar la intervención de los estudiantes de psicología en el proceso de
promoción de la Inteligencia Emocional como apoyo pedagógico del docente para la
comprensión de la práctica preprofesional mediante conocimientos surgidos de las
experiencias. La metodología es la sistematización de experiencias bajo un enfoque
hermenéutico; en la reflexión critica, se desglosaron las condiciones que favorecieron o
desfavorecieron la experiencia vivida. Como conclusión, el proceso se caracterizó por la
predisposición de los participantes, así como la falta de conocimiento acerca del tema a tratar.
The purpose of this paper is the process of promotion and execution of the psychoeducational program of the teacher emotional intelligence for the optimization of the pedagogical process, responding to the axis What characterized the process of promotion and execution of the psychoeducational program of the teacher emotional intelligence for the optimization of the pedagogical process of the Unidad Educativa Particular Interamericano during the Cycle I 2021- 2022? with the purpose of analyzing the intervention of psychology students in the process of promoting Emotional Intelligence as a pedagogical support for teachers in order to understand the pre-professional practice by means of knowledge arising from experiences. The methodology is the systematization of experiences under a hermeneutic approach; in the critical reflection, the conditions that favored or disfavored the lived experience were broken down. In conclusion, the process was characterized by the predisposition of the participants, as well as the lack of knowledge about the subject to be dealt with.
