The goal of this investigation was to determine the degree of reliability of the cephalometric analysis and Ricketts Jarabak through cephalometric radiograph to determine the growth trend previous- back skeletal class II patients included ages 10 to 16. Materials and Methods: 30 cephalometric radiographs of which 10 films were selected class II diagnosis were used, Ricketts cephalometric analysis and tracings Jarabak by the cephalogram was performed. To determine the growth trend previous- back skeletal class II, which were obtained from both the correlation analysis thereof by the Kappa index tables and scales, to obtain data matching by age and the presentation of the data scales, Results: Statistical analysis and kappa index was done, To show the results of the present study we determined the concordance of the authors, studying the growth trend anteroposterior skeletal Class II according to age; with 90 % agreement and kappa index of 1 which is located in the Cohen Kappa box as very good, between cephalometric data obtained from the study was presented Ricketts and Jarabak. Based on the above it can be concluded that the Jarabak cephalometric analysis, it is more reliable to determine the growth trend previousback skeletal Class II.
