Resumen
Considerando la información recopilada, el docente parvulario investigador debe ser
innovador, carismático, empático. Esta serie de características fundamentaron la
elaboración de una propuesta que permita al docente asumir un rol proactivo en su
desarrollo personal y debe orientar a establecer mecanismos y procedimientos para
las actividades ligadas a la investigación.
The present research project was carried out in the Faculty of Philosophy Letters Sciences of Education in the Nursery Educators Career refers to the professional profile of the kindergarten teacher, from their philosophical training of professional performance, belief system, in educational competencies. The objective of the work is to place active participation in scientific research to seek solutions to the problems that arise today.
