The development of tooth preparations compromising mechanical, biological and aesthetic aspects, first, determines the quality of the stomatognathic system in patients and the treatment available for restorations ineffective. On the other hand, also has significant socio-economic consequences, increasing substantially the number of dental visits and costs vary depending on the final diagnosis and treatment plan. The probability of fracture of materials cerómeros depends on multiple factors, including mechanical aspects such as lack of resistance. Retention of structural integrity, and biological aspects of the gingival margin delineation and aesthetic aspects. The risk of developing fractures cerómeros material does not always occur in an individual's life. In general, any fixed restoration indirect besides having mechanical, biological and aesthetic aspects the main thing is to consider the occlusion and temporomandibular joint of the patient to the good prognosis of the restoration. The mechanical aspects result from the geometry of the tooth to deliver cut through the biological preparation and stability retention, giving two mutually opposed parallel surfaces; in their structural soundness gives mainly the thickness of the prosthetic structure is directly related to the depth of wear element biológico.Los biological aspects are important to provide resistance to the restoration margin to withstand occlusal loads without deforming and its location should allow control of the accuracy of cervical adaptation and hygiene and aesthetics of the prosthesis should not ever prevent access for proper hygiene and appropriate in all poibleevtar excessive pressure maketh a gum
