Resumen
La presente investigación se titula, Tratamiento de rehabilitación estética y comparativa de las diferentes técnicas y materiales restauradores en piezas dentales anteriores, que fue desarrollada en tres capítulos. El capítulo uno contiene el problema de investigación, sus preguntas, los objetivos, general y específicos y la justificación del problema investigado. Cuando el desgaste dentario afecta como patología las piezas dentarias del sector anterior la estética se puede ver severamente comprometida, y dado el significativo aumento, en la sociedad actual del interés por tener una buena apariencia física, la demanda por tratamientos encaminados principalmente en lo que ha estética corresponde se ha convertido en el principal motivo de preocupación y búsqueda de atención odontológica. El capítulo dos fundamenta teóricamente la temática y enseñanza de rehabilitación estética, técnicas y materiales de restauración en piezas dentarias anteriores, debidamente citadas las referencias bibliográficas. El capítulo tres describe la metodología utilizada, del tipo descriptiva y bibliográfica, para lo que se trabajó con dos pacientes que presentaron desgaste en las piezas dentarias anteriores, con dos tipos de materiales de restauración. Se concluyó que no existe el material cerámico ideal que cumpla a la perfección todos los requisitos, sin embargo todos cumplen al menos con los requisitos mínimos exigidos en cuanto a estética, precisión de ajuste marginal, resistencia mecánica y supervivencia clínica. Por lo tanto la necesidad de indagar y profundizar en este tema desde un punto de vista objetivo, que ayude a satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas tanto del profesional como del paciente, es una necesidad imperiosa.
This research is titled, aesthetics and comparative treatment of different rehabilitation techniques and restorative materials in anterior teeth, which was developed in three chapters. The general and specific chapter one contains the research problem, questions, objectives, and rationale of the research problem. When tooth wear affects how pathology the teeth of anterior aesthetics can be seen severely compromised, and given the significant increase in the current society's interest to have a good physical appearance, the demand for treatments aimed primarily at what has corresponds aesthetic has become the main concern and seeking dental care. Chapter two theoretical foundations of the subject and teaching aesthetic rehabilitation, restoration techniques and materials in anterior teeth, properly cited references. Chapter three describes the methodology used, type of descriptive literature, for which he worked with two patients who had wear on the anterior teeth, with two types of restorative materials. It was concluded that there is no ideal ceramic material that meets perfectly all requirements, yet all meet at least the minimum requirements in terms of aesthetics, accurate marginal fit, strength and clinical survival. Hence the need to investigate and examine the question from an objective point of view, to help meet the needs and expectations of both the professional and the patient is imperative
